Digital Account Manager

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for client brands. The role requires a proactive attitude and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of a client’s business and drive growth opportunities. This individual combines an in-depth knowledge of client business objectives and online strategies to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations.

This person also handles the day-to-day operations of agency projects, including research, scope development, team briefing and job execution. He or she is responsible for client contact, organizing information shared by and with the client, and ensuring that agency procedures are followed. Digital Account Managers are responsible for achieving the client’s strategic brand and business objectives by working with clients to provide them with guidance and working with the internal team to achieve execution of strategies.

Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
Develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Set digital strategies for assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
Coordinate and work with internal departments and specialist to develop and execute digital strategies
Present digital strategies to clients including SEM, SEO, paid social, organic social, display, remarketing, programmatic and CRO tactics.
Report on web performance metrics
Analyze digital campaigns success
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager
Proven team leader and efficient “doer”
Experience with customer service and account management
Experience in project management
Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, YouTube, Programmatic and other digital campaigns
In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
